Are dining privileges only about discounts?
A restaurant benefit is a participating venue's offer, access arrangement or curated experience for eligible cardholders. A discount is only one option. Booking access, concierge help and agreed special menus each operate under their own restaurant terms.
Consider a cardholder planning dinner on Friday. What matters may be finding a suitable table, not saving a small amount on the bill. If they find an offer in a banking app but still have to call the restaurant separately, the experience feels disconnected.
Why does a card benefit not guarantee a table?
Listing a venue in a card programme does not make every table and time slot available to members. Restaurants control service hours, party-size limits and acceptance. Priority booking is meaningful only when a venue has actually agreed the relevant access conditions.
A coherent programme brings venue eligibility, benefit conditions and the reservation journey together. The bank determines cardholder eligibility; the restaurant decides whether the reservation can be accepted.
Discounts, priority access and special menus are different models
A spending discount involves payment or statement-credit operations. Priority access requires venue-agreed capacity. A special menu requires its own offer, dates and price rules. None of these automatically follows from having a booking integration.
Claims such as 'priority tables' should explain when the benefit applies and under what conditions. The card's BIN does not, by itself, prove all membership entitlements; any eligibility verification requires an agreed bank-side flow.
What should a premium card programme measure?
Can members discover an eligible restaurant, check availability for the right date and party size, understand the booking outcome and receive a clear response when there is no table? Those are experience questions, not merely campaign-spend questions.
Offer impressions, booking requests, confirmed reservations and completed visits are separate events. Report them separately where the permitted data and systems support it rather than inferring visits from clicks.
Where does Rezervem fit in?
Rezervem Guest Network provides the partner and participating-restaurant framework. Rezervem Partner API offers authorized venue availability and booking integration for a bank app or another agreed digital channel.
Cardholder verification, statement credits, special menus and priority tables remain subject to bank systems and participating-venue agreements. The premium card dining-benefits guide sets out the practical steps for defining venues, eligibility and booking conditions.
