A premium card dining benefit can mean bookable access at selected restaurants, an agreed special menu, a priority arrangement or a discount. Decide which promise you are making before designing a campaign page.

Agree the offer with each participating restaurant
For every restaurant, establish which dates, service hours and party sizes are in scope. If a venue is offering a special menu or designated reservation capacity, the restaurant must approve those terms.
Record what happens when the requested time is unavailable. A bank campaign does not override the venue's acceptance rules.

- Which restaurant and services are included?
- Are there time, party-size or booking limits?
- Does the benefit apply at booking, payment or on the card statement?
Separate bank verification from restaurant reservations
Cardholder identity, card-tier eligibility and statement credits belong to bank-side systems and their associated policies. BIN data by itself does not establish every membership entitlement.
The reservation flow checks whether an eligible venue can accommodate the selected date, time and party size. Technical integration must distinguish those two responsibilities and protect personal data appropriately.
Pilot one complete guest journey
Start with a limited set of venues, one eligible member segment and one booking entry point. Test that an available table can be booked, that a full restaurant gives an honest result, and that cancellations or changes do not leave the user with conflicting status information.
Decide who handles guest support, programme eligibility questions and reservation changes. These responsibilities can belong to different organizations.
- Venue availability and accepted bookings agree with the displayed offer.
- Unavailable slots do not appear as guaranteed tables.
- A confirmed reservation has a clear final status.
- The bank's offer conditions match each venue's agreement.
