Optional and channel-specific permission
You may separately authorise Rezervem Teknoloji Hizmetleri Anonim Şirketi to send product announcements, campaigns and promotions by SMS, email or phone. Each channel requires its own decision. Other channels such as WhatsApp require separate permission and legal assessment.
Withdrawal
You need not agree to marketing to request a meeting, contact us or receive support. Withdraw through the opt-out method in a message, the Message Management System (İYS) where applicable, or info@rezervem.com.tr. Transactional communications are assessed separately.
Consent evidence and İYS
Rezervem has an active Message Management System (İYS) integration for managing applicable commercial-message consent and refusal records by channel. The marketing-consent flow of corporate meeting request and contact forms is separate from the platform-wide integration; not every website form automatically collects marketing permission. Evidence records are retained for at least three years.
