Your hotel's restaurants, experiences and services — on the guest's phone.
Guests can reserve hotel restaurants, buy extras through Experience, pay with Pay, order with QR Order and submit requests. From pre-arrival to after check-out, deliver the same guest journey through a web link or your hotel's own branded mobile app.
Some of the hotels using Stay.
Guests experience one stay. Behind it, multiple hotel teams work together.
When restaurant availability, room details and paid extras are scattered across channels, guests struggle to discover everything the hotel offers.
- 01Which restaurant has a table tonight?
- 02What experiences can I add to my stay?
- 03How can I order from my room or the pool?
- 04Where should I send a service request?
Rezervem Stay brings these moments together under the hotel's brand, while each transaction remains managed by the appropriate specialist system.
Which restaurant has a table tonight? Let guests see for themselves.
Guests recognized through their room and stay information can browse eligible hotel restaurants and available times, then select a date, meal, time and party size. Stay entitlements, repeat-visit limits, paid-restaurant conditions and real table availability are evaluated under their own rules. Restaurant teams manage reservations and tables in Rezervem Manager.
Let guests buy extra services, not just browse them.
Transfers, spa services, special welcomes and experience packages are defined in the Rezervem Experience catalog, with categories, products, variants, prices and selling rules. Stay is where hotel guests discover these offers. When a guest chooses a service, Experience records the order and Rezervem Pay handles online payment where required. Ordering, payment and fulfillment are tracked separately.
Booking a restaurant, purchasing an experience and placing a QR food order are different transactions.
* Available sales channels and payment options depend on the enabled modules and integrations for each property.
Let guests prepare for their stay before reaching the lobby.
Pre-check-in lets guests share their details and arrival plans ahead of time. The PMS remains the system of record for the stay; providing information before arrival is not the same as completing an official check-in. Relevant extras can be offered through Experience and paid for with Pay.
Route room, pool and beach orders to the right service point.
From Stay, guests open the relevant QR Order menu and place orders from their room, a pool, the beach or a restaurant. Menus, carts, orders and service locations are handled by Rezervem QR Order. Online card payment through Pay and posting charges to a supported PMS folio are separate scenarios.
Make sure each guest request reaches the right team and is tracked.
Guests send service requests or questions through Stay. In supported request flows, Rezervem Hospitality connects each request to a department, owner and target response time. Receiving a request is not the same as completing it; teams manage responsibilities and progress in their operations workspace.
All the guest's plans in one place, with each transaction in the right system.
A guest books dinner, purchases a spa treatment, orders to their room and requests another towel. They are all part of one stay, but they are not the same type of transaction.
- 01When is my restaurant reservation?
- 02Has my extra service been paid for?
- 03Is my QR order being prepared?
- 04Has the team received my request?
In Stay's unified guest experience, each action retains the cancellation, payment, redemption and completion status from its original system.
Let guests focus on what they want to do, not how to access Stay.
Rezervem Stay is accessible through a web link or QR code, with no download required. Hotels can also offer the same digital guest experience as an iOS and Android app under their own brand. Restaurant reservations, Experience purchases, payments with Pay, QR ordering, guest requests, stay-related actions and feedback use the same underlying systems and transaction records on both channels.
Not two separate products, but two ways to deliver the same Stay experience.
* Publishing a mobile app is planned with the hotel and is subject to store accounts and platform approvals.
Keep learning from the guest experience after check-out.
A post-stay survey measures the overall hotel experience. It is different from food, service or ambience ratings given after a particular restaurant visit. Route feedback to the appropriate team, identify recurring issues and manage consent-based follow-up separately.
