Know your guests. Grow your own community.
Socielty is the membership platform we are developing for restaurants and hotels to build a guest community under their own brand. Its planned experience combines Open and Private membership, web and QR sign-up, digital cards and branded apps. Tiers, privileges and connections to other Rezervem products will become available in stages.
A reservation is a beginning. The real value is in the relationship you build afterward.
A guest chooses you, reserves a table or a room, comes in and leaves. How well do you know them on their next visit?
- 01How many times have they been here?
- 02What do they like?
- 03What can you offer just for them?
- 04Why should they come back?
Socielty invites your guest into your own community, helps you remember their preferences at the right moment and creates reasons, specific to your brand, for them to come back. In the restaurant, at the hotel and in every revenue center: from one-time visits to lasting guest relationships.
Four layers, one guest relationship.
Socielty's planned architecture combines membership, recognition, loyalty and privileges. These describe the product direction, not a claim that every capability is live at a customer site.
One platform. Each venue tells its own membership story.
Socielty is designed to support brand membership around restaurant visits and, for hotels, stays, spa, wellness and beach clubs. Multi-property membership and system integrations are subject to separate development and configuration.
A relationship that starts at the table and deepens with every visit.
Membership beyond the stay, everywhere in the hotel.
The Open and Private membership models apply to both restaurants and hotels.
No app download needed to become a member.
In the planned hybrid model, guests will be able to join through web, QR or invitation links and use supported digital cards and apps. Apple Wallet/Google Wallet cards and branded applications depend on development and platform approvals; they are not yet available at every property.
Join on the web. Reach via QR. Carry it in Wallet. Explore in the app.
Every venue's community is its own.
Socielty is being designed with two membership models: Open permits eligible guests to join, while Private requires an invitation or property approval. Public reservation access and membership admission can have different rules.
Open to everyone. Tied to your brand.
Guests join with verification on the web, via QR or through your app. Recognize their visits, make progress visible with tiers and grow a broad guest community with privileges.
Open to explore. Membership by invitation.
Anyone can discover your restaurant, your hotel and your app; membership starts with your invitation or approval. Build a selective club with members-only experiences, tiers and controlled privileges.
Two membership models. One platform. You set the rules.
From first contact to the next visit, the whole story connects.
This illustrates Socielty's intended guest journey; each step depends on the released product capabilities and relevant Rezervem integrations.
Loyalty is not just collecting points. It is being remembered.
A good restaurant or hotel serves its guests well. A memorable venue knows its guests.
The intended Socielty experience brings relevant membership tiers and benefits into the booking context for authorized staff and with appropriate permissions. Recognition at restaurants is designed around Manager; hotel PMS and Hospitality connections require separate development and deployment.
* Priority access works within reservation capacity and the rules you define; it is not a guaranteed table.
Real value shows not in what the guest earns, but in how they are hosted.
Membership capabilities on the product roadmap.
Not a membership app cut off from your operations.
Socielty manages membership, tier, loyalty and privilege rules; it leaves reservations, stays, gifts, communication and payments to the relevant Rezervem products.
Common questions.
The intended design supports sign-up by web, QR or invitation without downloading an app. These channels, Wallet passes and branded apps remain subject to product release and property configuration.
Socielty is being designed to give each restaurant, hotel or hospitality brand an app carrying its own name, logo and visual identity. Store publication depends on platform rules and on who owns the store account.
No. The Rezervem app is a general consumer app where guests discover many restaurants. Socielty is a membership platform that belongs to your restaurant or hotel and is offered under your brand.
Socielty is designed for hotels, resorts, spas and beach clubs as well. PMS and Hospitality connections are part of the development roadmap; a live cross-property member profile is not implied.
No. The intended Open model allows eligible guests to join, while Private requires an invitation or property approval. Neither is described here as already generally available.
The planned model can keep the branded app or general booking channel discoverable while restricting membership and privileges to invited or approved guests. App distribution and access controls require release verification.
No. The planned model supports loyalty through tiers, invitations, experiences or conditional privileges without mandatory points. Automated rewards are still subject to development.
The aim is to reuse Manager's existing restaurant booking rules rather than create a second booking engine. Actual integration and hotel setup are determined separately; no zero-change guarantee is made.
No. The planned Wallet pass carries an identifier; eligibility and benefits must be validated by the membership system. It is not a payment method, and Apple/Google support is subject to implementation.
Member data and sharing must follow applicable controller responsibilities, consent notices, roles and contracts. Automatic sharing between independent venues is not a default design goal; actual flows require review.
Paid membership and renewals are within the scope being considered for the future. Open and Private membership do not require a paid subscription.
Rezervem already has an Oracle Simphony Cloud integration, but this does not establish that Socielty can award points or tiers from POS spend. That linkage requires separate development and validation.
The future membership and loyalty approach is being organized under Socielty. Socielty is still in development, and existing third-party loyalty sign-up integrations do not amount to a live Socielty rewards engine.
