Join starts a guest relationship with a registration they can understand. Consent and welcome-offer rules depend on the account setup.
A small invitation at the table starts the relationship.
The guest scans a QR code or opens a link shared by the venue. The form runs in their phone browser. There is no app download or reservation requirement. Staff can explain the benefit at a natural point during service. Join is not a QR menu or an ordering screen.
Recognize returning guests without overwriting their profile.
Name and phone are core details; optional fields depend on form settings. For a Rezervem-linked venue, existing guest records can be matched by phone and eligible empty fields completed without overwriting populated values. Independent Connect stores its own contacts; an unverified submission cannot overwrite an existing contact's name or email.
Consent depends on the type of registration.
In the Rezervem-linked form, guest registration and marketing consent are separate choices, and registration can succeed without marketing opt-in. The independent Connect QR form currently requires WhatsApp marketing consent to submit. This distinction must be explained clearly and reviewed for legal compliance. Supported İYS transfers belong to properly configured linked venue flows; independent Connect stores consent locally without automatic İYS transfer.

A welcome offer is optional, but its mechanism depends on the setup. In Rezervem-linked venues, Join can issue a Rezervem Gift entitlement subject to consent, verification, eligibility, validity and repeat-grant rules. Independent Connect may issue its own welcome code. This is not the same as a Rezervem Gift entitlement or POS redemption.
