Connect beach reservations to lounger QR menus

Test reservation links, lounger assignments, cancellations and walk-in QR ordering for beach guests.

Why connect a booking with the service point?

A beach guest assigned a lounger or cabana should not have to enter that location again to order. Rezervem Manager handles the booking and its assigned point, while Rezervem QR Order provides the ordering menu and staff station flow. A configured link needs end-to-end acceptance tests.

Test the reservation-to-menu connection

  • Identify pool and beach service stations, menus and opening hours.
  • Create loungers and cabanas as QR ordering units.
  • Make a test booking in Rezervem Manager and assign a location.
  • Map that booking location to the correct QR Order unit.
  • Open its menu link and verify the assigned seat appears without re-entering details.
  • Submit an order and verify the location shown in the QR Order staff app.
  • Test reassignment, cancellation, stale links, reused loungers and a closed station.
  • Test walk-in access through the physical QR as a separate entry route.

Ordering and payment are separate actions

Opening the correct menu does not automatically charge the guest or post products to an Oracle check or PMS folio. Verify payment and external POS flows independently.

Rezervem QR Order manages station ordering, while Rezervem Manager manages bookings and assigned places. Start with one beach station and a small set of test reservations.
