A guest journey may begin with a booking or QR registration
A guest with a reservation enters the Rezervem Manager service process; a walk-in can create a profile through linked Rezervem Join QR registration. Neither path automatically authorises future marketing.
Manager owns the reservation context, Join the registration form, Connect permitted outreach and Gift the defined complimentary benefit. Assign each task to the correct product.
1. Choose how the guest is identified
Start with the actual booking and guest details in Manager when there is a reservation. For a guest without booking history, Join can capture a profile via a linked QR form.
Check the profile match rather than creating duplicate identities. The correct guest record matters for both the reward and any later communication.
- Decide whether the guest booked or registered through QR.
- Identify the correct profile and venue.
- Check what information is available for the next step.
2. Handle privacy notices and permissions distinctly
Collect registration details for the stated purpose and show the applicable privacy information. Marketing permissions are different from the ability to create a guest profile.
WhatsApp outreach requires its applicable consent and channel rules. A guest receiving a Gift does not automatically grant permission to receive promotional campaigns.
3. Use Connect for eligible guest invitations
The venue can choose an appropriate permitted audience for a menu update, event or return invitation using Rezervem Connect, subject to its channel and consent requirements.
Communication outcomes such as sent or delivered messages must not be confused with actual bookings or visits. Connect campaigns do not themselves issue Gift entitlements.
4. Create an actual Gift before promising one
If the message mentions an offered complimentary item, the team should define the benefit, venue, validity and eligible recipient in Gift.
Gift records its own code and redemption state. Issuing an entitlement and delivering a marketing invitation are separate actions.
5. Add membership only when needed
Socielty concerns branded membership, levels and privileges. It is a different proposition from a specific Gift code or Manager reservation.
Review whether the desired membership capability is available before relying on a planned integration. An issued reward must not be treated as an automatic membership upgrade.
6. Measure the right stage
Manager can supply booking and visit context, Connect messaging metrics and Gift issued and redeemed reward records. Each answers a different question.
A person reading a campaign message or using a code is not proof that all later visits resulted from it. Use comparable cohorts and avoid combining unrelated measures.
Keep clear ownership between products
Manager handles reservations and service, linked CRM supports guest profiles and segments, Join supports QR registration and Connect supports permitted messaging.
Gift handles a guest's entitlement and redemption. Keep promotional messages and redemption operations separate.
A practical cross-product check
Before launch, confirm that guest registration, permission evidence, reward issuance and staff redemption can each be demonstrated with a suitable test record.
Look at the actual results in the owning product. Cross-product attribution should only be reported when the necessary linking data and measurement method exist.
