First separate the station from the ordering point
Rezervem QR Order distinguishes a service point, such as a table, room or lounger, from the station and team handling its orders. Map the point to the station before testing product or printing rules.
A beach location and a restaurant table may have different menus even when both belong to one property. Treat location and catalogue visibility as separate configuration decisions.
A pool bar may close before the restaurant
For example, a pool bar may serve until 18:00 while a restaurant remains open until 23:00. Check station hours independently, including the guest's already-open ordering session.
Set each station's local time zone rather than relying on one central clock. Test overnight shifts, closing boundaries and date exceptions.
Verify categories, options and preparation devices
Check product/category availability, allergens, required option groups, translated names and any price differences. A similar name in two stations does not prove an identical product mapping.
Rezervem QR Order Management supports station schedule and visibility settings subject to permissions. Validate the configured devices and any print routing with a real mixed food-and-drink order.
- List the service points attached to each station.
- Check local opening/closing times and special-date rules.
- Confirm products, option groups, translation and price differences.
- Test the configured kitchen/bar devices with an actual order.
Keep other hotel systems in their own roles
Rezervem QR Order handles station configuration and ordering. Hospitality and PMS cover distinct hotel work and stay data; do not assume room charges or stay status automatically attach to every QR order.
If a station's time zone changes, review its previously saved schedules and exceptions. Then test again near the opening and closing boundaries.
