Placing a Join QR code on the table

Match the guest-registration QR code to the correct venue or table and verify data, consent and gift flows separately.

What does a Join QR open?

Join opens a guest registration/profile form in the browser. It is not an ordering or digital-menu QR. A venue-wide code and a table-specific link may serve different workflows.

Check the origin of the link

Verify that the approved QR link belongs to the intended property and, if relevant, the table. A linked Rezervem Join form and an independent Connect registration flow can have different consent and welcome-benefit behaviour.

Test before printing

Scan with a phone, confirm the venue identity and read the privacy and communication choices. Registration and marketing permission are different decisions. If a welcome benefit is offered, verify the issuance conditions separately.

  • Does the code open the correct venue/table?
  • Can the guest understand each data and consent choice?
  • Are eligibility and redemption terms for a benefit clear?

Place it where guests can use it

Use a legible print size and a reachable location. Staff may explain the form but must not tick a guest’s permission box on their behalf. Verify a new link before removing the old one.

Different QR products

Join is for guest profiles and consent; QR Order is for ordering. Connect handles permission-based outreach.
