VENUE-SPECIFIC POS CONNECTION

From a closed OMNI check to a known guest.

At check closure, staff enter the Rezervem reservation number into a dedicated OMNI field. Rezervem uses authorized database access for an overnight reconciliation, matching the POS check to the reservation. The check amount and item details become available for guest-spend analysis. The connection is configured per venue.

HOW IT WORKS

Three steps: identify, reconcile, understand.

01 Close and reference At check closure, staff enter the Rezervem reservation ID in the dedicated OMNI field.
02 Reconcile overnight Using authorized access to the venue's database views, Rezervem reads eligible checks and matches their reservation IDs.
03 Understand the visit Matched reservation records show the check amount and support access to purchased-item details for guest history and analysis.

The documented primary import is scheduled and operates overnight, rather than continuously synchronizing each open check.

The linked check amount is stored with the reservation; supported itemized order details can also be retrieved from the configured OMNI check-detail view.

The connection depends on site-specific approved database access and data views. Availability and setup are assessed for each venue.
