CONNECTION OPTIONS Your Own Virtual POS Banks and Payment Providers Standalone Payment Requests

Your team should not need separate conversations for bank transfers, separate files for receipts and separate records for bookings.

When you need a tasting-menu deposit, a group prepayment or a payment for an event without a booking:

  1. 01Which bank or payment provider will process the transaction?
  2. 02Did the guest actually pay, or was a link merely sent?
  3. 03Which reservation or sale should this payment belong to?
  4. 04How will holds, cancellations and refunds be tracked?

Rezervem Pay connects these processes through payment gateway and payment management technology. Merchant acquiring agreements and settlement remain subject to the selected bank or payment provider.

Keep your banking relationship Use your existing merchant virtual POS where the relevant integration is supported and verified.
Connect payment and booking records Track reservation prepayments and holds together with bookings, while keeping standalone requests identifiable.
Know the transaction outcome Distinguish a request from a successful charge, a card hold, a failed attempt or a refund.
WHAT IS A PAYMENT GATEWAY?

One technology layer, with the merchant POS you choose.

A payment gateway passes an eligible card transaction to a configured bank or payment provider. Rezervem Pay can connect a supported existing merchant virtual POS or an eligible platform POS option. When you use your own POS, transaction settlement follows your agreement with your acquiring bank or payment institution.

Your own merchant POS Use an eligible existing bank or payment provider contract.
Venue-specific configuration Choose the connection according to account, outlet, transaction type and currency.
Different transaction scenarios Domestic/international cards, holds and charges are validated separately at setup.
Clear commercial terms Provider agreements determine fees, payout timing and settlement.

Rezervem Pay is not itself a licensed acquiring bank or payment institution.

BANK VIRTUAL POS OPTIONS

Connect eligible bank virtual POS accounts.

Rezervem Pay's connection catalog includes definitions for the banks below. Listing a bank does not mean all payment methods, currencies or individual merchant accounts are automatically live. An eligible merchant POS and verified setup are required.

  • Your venue needs merchant POS credentials issued for its business.
  • Supported operations and currencies must be confirmed for the bank and agreement.
Akbank · Türkiye İş Bankası Bank virtual POS options
Ziraat Bankası · Halkbank Bank virtual POS options
TEB · Şekerbank Bank virtual POS options
ING · Alternatif Bank Bank virtual POS options
Anadolubank · Türkiye Finans Bank virtual POS options
PAYMENT PROVIDER OPTIONS

Keep your payment service provider in the same workflow.

The Rezervem Pay connection catalog is not limited to banks. The providers below have catalog definitions, subject to connection verification and the services enabled for your own merchant account.

  • A catalog listing does not mean every feature is enabled for every merchant.
  • Ownership, transaction rights and currency are checked per connection.

The underlying technical provider inventory contains additional options. They are not equivalent to the initial direct setup catalog in Rezervem Pay. WHAT CAN REZERVEM PAY DO?

Request payment with or without a reservation.

Use the payment gateway connection through Rezervem Pay's dedicated web dashboard and mobile app. Configure eligible prepayments or authorization holds for busy services, or request payment by link, QR or a supported messaging channel for a private event, spa treatment or standalone sale.

Booking-related payments Manage eligible prepayment or card hold requirements by booking criteria.
Standalone link and QR Create an amount-based payment request without first opening a booking.
Experience product sales Associate eligible product variants and quantities with a payment request.
Group payments on separate cards In enabled flows, divide eligible booking prepayments between participants.
PAYMENTS, HOLDS AND RECONCILIATION

A sent payment request is not a completed charge.

A link being sent does not prove payment, and an authorization hold does not mean funds were captured. Rezervem Pay helps distinguish confirmed and failed transactions, pending requests, cancellations and refunds. Check the underlying bank/provider outcome and settlement separately. With a configured Oracle Simphony integration, eligible payments can also be posted to an open check.

Capture Requires a confirmed result from the bank or payment provider.
Authorization hold A temporary card hold, subject to the provider's capture and release rules.
Refunds Track the operation together with the associated booking or payment request.
Simphony Eligible prepayments may be posted to an open check in a separately enabled integration.
