Hotel membership should go beyond room nights
A guest may dine on Tuesday, use the spa on Wednesday and return to the beach club later. If each team treats this as a first visit, the relationship starts over every time.
A hotel membership programme can connect the meaning of these visits while keeping each outlet's service rules distinct. Socielty is being developed for that brand-owned relationship, not as a live shared profile across every hotel system.
Recognise guests without unrestricted data sharing
Reception, spa and restaurant staff need different information. The goal is to present permitted details relevant to their service, not expose all preferences or spend to every department.
A consistent guest experience starts with lawful identity matching and role-based access. Each outlet retains its operating limits. See our outlet guest-record guide (Turkish resource).
Privileges must respect hotel capacity
Promising every member a beach cabana on a busy weekend creates a service problem. Define availability, eligible dates and priority before offering spa times, restaurant access, upgrades or late checkout.
A programme may use visits, spend or invited experiences rather than points alone. Socielty's Open and Private models are in development; there is no assumption that tier or outlet entitlements already run everywhere.
Open membership or invitation-only club?
A city hotel trying to grow spa and restaurant visits could choose broad enrollment. Socielty's intended Open journey includes web and QR applications, subject to verification and separate privacy and marketing permissions.
A boutique resort or selective beach club could instead choose invitation or approval. Public reservations need not close because club membership is selective. Compare the models.
Write down a promise that teams can actually deliver. The explanation at reception must match what happens at the beach club entrance, including who handles limited capacity.
Let technology support a human welcome
Guests may prefer web or QR enrollment to downloading an app. Membership identity, a digital pass and optional branded software need dependable verification before they can improve the service moment.
Socielty remains in development. PMS and Hospitality connections depend on actual implementation scope. Rezervem Hospitality manages service requests and departmental workflows; Socielty targets memberships and privileges. Explore Hospitality.
