Membership needs a clear promise
A membership programme defines who may join, how the venue recognises them and which privileges they can use. Remembering a repeat guest by name is useful, but it is not the same as confirming a membership entitlement.
Rezervem Socielty is being developed as a brand-owned membership platform for restaurants and hotels. Open and Private admission, web and QR joining, branded apps and tiers are planned capabilities, not a completed product available at every venue. Explore Socielty.
Open membership welcomes a broad community
Open admission may suit restaurants and city hotels seeking to involve a wider guest community. Decide eligibility, how applicants are verified and what value membership brings before choosing the registration channel.
Socielty's planned Open journey includes web, QR and branded-app entry. Membership levels and visit-based benefits are product goals. Names such as Member and Preferred are illustrative labels, not built-in tiers.
Private membership suits selective clubs
A fine-dining restaurant might take ordinary public bookings but limit a chef's-table evening to invited members. Membership admission and restaurant booking are separate decisions.
The intended Socielty Private model includes invitation or venue approval, applicant handling and restricted experiences. Actual entry or table access still depends on valid rules, capacity and approval. No membership level guarantees a table.
Restaurant groups need branch-level conditions
A central team can establish brand-wide principles while each venue determines eligible service times, allocations and benefit redemption rules. The same privilege need not apply at every branch.
Socielty's group-membership design is a goal, not proof of automatic spend points, shared member data or cross-branch privileges already being live. The group must separately decide data access and how costs are allocated.
Hotel membership reaches beyond accommodation
A guest might visit the spa or beach club without staying overnight. Membership rules must distinguish day visitors, staying guests, outlet capacity and the expiry of each benefit.
Socielty's hotel vision includes accommodation, dining, spa, wellness and beach facilities. PMS and Hospitality connections remain scoped development and integration work; consolidated spend across outlets cannot be assumed.
Deliver recognition at the right service moment
A host needs the verified information relevant to the current service, not a guest's entire history. Personal preferences, identity and membership access each require appropriate permissions and staff roles.
Rezervem Manager currently manages bookings, CRM handles guest information and Gift handles individual entitlements. Socielty aims to add a membership layer, while Wallet cards, automatic tiers and spend-based rewards remain planned. Discuss the intended scope.
Socielty is in development. This article describes the membership design and intended capabilities, not a generally available production release.
