Connect QR order points to service stations

Link tables, rooms and beach loungers to their correct service team and QR ordering menu.

Know the difference between a point and a station

An ordering point is a table, cabana, room or lounger; a service station is the team and menu that handles the order. Rezervem QR Order links the two so staff can see the correct service location.

Start with a map of the venue and list which service station is responsible for each physical location.

Give each location its own ordering identity

Configure an appropriate QR point for each table, room, lounger or cabana. A room-service point has different access requirements from an open beach seat.

Guests open the menu in their phone browser. Hotel room ordering may also require valid stay information, depending on the configured login process.

Make menus and staff permissions station-specific

The main beach, pool bar and room service may have separate products, opening hours and authorized staff. Management users can select their active station and manage supported category or product visibility.

Kitchen or bar printing needs its own configured device and output rules; not every connected external POS has the same capability.

Test the kitchen and bar handoff

A food-and-drink order may contain items prepared by different teams. Define the intended preparation destination for each product and confirm the routing using a mixed basket.

The mobile staff application can handle acceptance and progress. Printing depends on devices and mapping; QR orders do not automatically become external POS check items.

Connect the assigned beach reservation to its seat

Where Rezervem Manager links a reservation to an assigned lounger or cabana, the guest may open the mapped ordering location directly from their reservation.

Test reassignment and cancellation, not just successful bookings. A physical QR code remains a separate route for walk-in guests.

How do you set up the QR points?

First separate the venue into service areas, then configure stations, menus, working hours and staff access. Register the location points and associate each with the correct station.

Test a real QR from each area. Verify that the staff view shows the right place/unit and that the order appears in the expected station.

Use the staff screen to track progress

Authorized staff select their active station, review new orders and apply the available acceptance, rejection and progress actions. Each order must retain the relevant service location.

Push and live updates depend on connectivity and device permissions. The staff list remains important when a notification is delayed.

Read station activity reports carefully

Management reports show product quantities, occupancy and unit usage. Occupancy compares time used against the service window and helps identify busy or underused areas.

Product counts are not a revenue or settlement report. Compare against payment records separately. Explore Rezervem QR Order to discuss your configuration.
