How to bring guests back with a gift

A personal, time-limited gesture for the right guest at the right moment.

For whom?

A guest who hasn't visited in a long time, a regular with a birthday coming up, or a guest who had a bad experience.

What?

Instead of a discount, a product gift often feels more valuable: a dessert, a glass of wine, a treat from the chef.

When?

Give the gift an expiry date, and use day and time restrictions to steer it toward quieter evenings.

Measure it

When the gift code is redeemed, it's recorded on the guest's card, so you can see which gesture turned into a visit.

GROWTH AND LOYALTY Gift

A small gesture, a lasting memory.

A dessert, a glass of wine or a discount on the bill. Define the gift once; it goes to the guest automatically on the first visit, on their birthday or on the fifth visit, and is redeemed with a code on their next visit.
