Let guests choose a restaurant from their room
Hotel guest restaurant booking allows an eligible staying guest to reserve an actually available table. Rezervem Stay is the guest channel, Manager owns restaurant capacity and PMS or approved hotel data confirms stay context. Guests at a multi-restaurant hotel need clear available options without having to call reception. A list of restaurant names alone is not enough: service hours, party limits, booking policy and pricing all matter.
Accommodation eligibility is different from table availability. A guest's meal package may include a restaurant even when no tables are free.
Visible availability can reduce repeated calls
Reception, concierge and restaurant staff often answer the same question about dinner availability. Let guests check genuinely available times under the hotel's rules.
Breakfast, dinner and other hotel outlets can operate to different schedules. A service's eligibility must not be inferred solely from its restaurant listing.
Advance reservations can help dining teams plan staffing and capacity. Confirm that the guest-facing result matches the restaurant's record.
Set individual rules for every outlet
An empty table does not automatically mean another party can be booked. Kitchen capacity, staffing and reserved inventory also matter.
Document the operational reason for each rule and who can approve an exception. Larger groups may require human review.

Explain paid restaurant terms before confirmation
Some hotel meal packages include certain restaurants while other venues are paid. Show guest charges and terms clearly before a booking is confirmed.
An existing PMS does not prove that dinner expenses can automatically be posted to the room folio; validate supported billing separately.
Day visitors and outside diners need their own access rules rather than inheriting the package benefits of an overnight guest.
Keep the correct guest context across outlets
Breakfast, dinner and beach staff may meet the same guest, but they should only access the information required for their work.
Breakfast verification has a separate purpose. The hotel breakfast access guide explains this distinction.
