Controller and data
Rezervem Teknoloji Hizmetleri Anonim Şirketi controls name, contact details, business name, product interest and optional notes collected electronically through the meeting request form.
Purpose and legal basis
The information is used to respond to your enquiry, arrange a meeting and conduct pre-contract discussions under Article 5(2)(c) (contract-related necessity) or, where applicable, Article 5(2)(f) (legitimate interests) of Law No. 6698. Sending a meeting request is not marketing consent.
Recipients and international transfers
Data is hosted in Türkiye. Brevo (France) provides email delivery and Cloudflare (US-based) provides website security and verification; depending on the service, form content, email, IP or connection information may be processed. Data may be shared with competent authorities where required. Transfers to overseas service providers take place under their standard contractual and data processing terms. The contract type, transfer scope and applicable notification requirements are also assessed under Article 9 of Law No. 6698.
Retention
Meeting requests are kept for one year after submission. Records required for a contract or separate legal obligation may be retained for an additional applicable period.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights under Article 11 of Law No. 6698 through the data subject request page, by emailing info@rezervem.com.tr from an address previously notified to us and held on record, or in writing to Merkez Mh. Hasat Sk. No: 52/1, Şişli – İstanbul. Requests are answered within 30 days at the latest.
