How pre-check-in speeds up arrival

Don't make guests fill in forms in the lobby; collect the details before they arrive.

Waiting in the lobby

For a guest arriving after a long journey, the first experience is a form. At busy times the front desk builds a queue, and the guest gets to the room late.

Before arrival

Once the reservation is confirmed, the guest receives a pre-check-in link. ID, contact details, arrival time and preferences are collected from the guest's own phone.

  • Arrival time and transfer
  • Room and bed preference
  • Allergy and special occasion notes

An offer at the right moment

Pre-check-in is also the right moment for a room upgrade, early check-in or a spa package. The guest decides before arriving, and the team gets ready.

On arrival

With the details already in place, the front desk simply hands over the key and greets the guest by name. Preferences are also visible to the restaurant and outlet teams.
