Before you start
Search for a restaurant or cuisine in the app and review the venue's details. Decide on your party size first, as availability can vary.
A restaurant appearing in the app does not mean it accepts online bookings for every date and time.
1. Pick a date, time and party size
Choose from the dates and times made available by the venue. If your preferred time is missing, consider another date or service period.
Make sure the guest count is correct before continuing. Changes may require the restaurant to check availability again.
2. Read the booking terms
Venues may present dress codes, allergy notices, tasting-menu conditions, arrival-time rules or cancellation policies. Read the relevant terms and complete any required acknowledgements.
If a deposit or card pre-authorisation is requested, check the amount and any cancellation or refund rules.
3. Submit and check your result
Read the result displayed after the booking flow. Depending on the restaurant, your reservation may be confirmed immediately or submitted for approval.
A completed payment step is not necessarily proof that a booking is confirmed; always verify the booking status.
4. Return to your reservations
In your reservations section, review dates, times, party size and status. If plans change, follow the options and terms shown for that booking.
