How to collect feedback after a visit

Get the guest's opinion while it's fresh, and solve the problem before it becomes a review.

Timing

A short message sent a few hours after the visit gets the highest response rate.

Keep it short

A rating and one optional comment are enough; long surveys get abandoned halfway.

Respond quickly to low ratings

When a low rating comes in, the manager is notified; calling the guest or setting up a gesture for their next visit saves the relationship.

Add it to the guest card

The feedback stays on the guest's card, so the team knows what happened at the next visit.

GUEST RELATIONS Connect

Good communication starts with knowing your guest.

Your guests are already on WhatsApp. Sort your records into lists by purpose, see who you're allowed to message before you send, deliver your personal invitation with an approved template, and track the result guest by guest.
