Sell Experience products through Rezervem Pay links

Select sellable Experience products and variants, create a Rezervem Pay link or QR, and track the payment and fulfilment separately.

What the business needs to know

Rezervem Pay can create a payment link or QR request for eligible products from the Rezervem Experience catalogue. A product sale records the item, variant, quantity and valid price; an ordinary free-amount request is not automatically an Experience product order.

The guest experience behind the payment

A venue might sell a custom cake, spa treatment or tasting menu over the phone. Staff should explain not only the amount but the service purchased, fulfilment date and any relevant redemption terms.

Two treatments may cost the same but still be different products. Selecting the correct catalogue variant gives the service team a clearer record when it later handles delivery, redemption or refunds.

What must be checked separately

Not every Experience item is eligible for payment-link sales. The product must be active, available in the selected venue, enabled for the payment-link channel and compatible with the provider currency.

The amount collected up front, any remaining venue balance and possible redemption code depend on the product's delivery rules. Sending a link alone confirms neither payment nor redemption rights.

Five-step acceptance checklist

Test the whole journey with the venue's authorised payment setup.

  • Verify the product's active status, venue, sales channel and eligible variant in Experience.
  • Create a product-backed request in Pay, selecting the item, quantity and provider currency.
  • Explain the amount due now, any balance due at the venue and redemption conditions.
  • Share the link or QR and verify that the payment becomes paid.
  • At fulfilment, confirm the order and any applicable code, and link refunds to the original charge.

How Rezervem products work together

Rezervem Experience defines catalogue items, variants and their delivery conditions. Rezervem Pay handles the payment request and collection status, with the product order recorded for eligible sales.

Certain paid requests support subsequent item matching, but that does not imply a new charge or an automatic voucher in every case. Any reservation link through Manager is another separate step.
