Why start with the service location?
Hotel and beach QR ordering works when a room, lounger or cabana is mapped to the right service station. Rezervem QR Order lets guests place browser orders without an app, while QR Order Management gives staff the relevant station queue. Start with a location map and an accountable team, rather than printing untested codes.
How does an order reach the team?
An order carries the service point so the team can identify the delivery destination. Confirm the station and any preparation-device routing by placing a mixed order. Rezervem QR Order supports the guest ordering and staff operating flow, but external POS check posting needs separate verification.
Configure the venue step by step
- Define stations for room service, pool, beach, cabanas and restaurants as appropriate.
- Configure menu visibility, product options, local opening hours and any order limits.
- Map each room, lounger or cabana to its service point and test the printed QR.
- Set the QR Order Management active station and employee permissions.
- Validate kitchen or bar devices and order notifications using a live test order.
- Assign a test reservation to a lounger or cabana and check its direct menu link.
- If Simphony is connected, test catalogue and RVC mapping separately from automatic POS check posting.
Link assigned reservations without repeating details
When a guest has an assigned beach lounger or cabana in Rezervem Manager, a configured menu link can open the corresponding ordering location without asking the guest to enter that location again.
Test a walk-in scan as a separate route. Check reassignment, cancellation and expired-link behavior before offering this flow to every guest. Manager owns the reservation; QR Order owns the ordering station and staff workflow.
What should the team review in week one?
- Which areas and service hours receive the most QR orders?
- How long does the team take to prepare and deliver orders?
- Which guests do not complete the QR ordering flow, and why?
- Which product options or ordering instructions cause the most questions?
