An Experience product is missing from the purchase flow

Review its variant, venue, selling dates and channel eligibility. Being in the catalog does not necessarily make an item purchasable.

Catalog visibility and sale eligibility are different

Experience separates categories, products and sellable variants. An item in an operator’s catalog may still be unavailable to a guest on a particular channel.

Check the exact selling context

Compare the product and variant with venue selection, channel settings and any date or meal-period restrictions.

  • Is the intended variant active?
  • Does the venue have an applicable price?
  • Do the date and meal-period conditions permit this sale?

Do not infer table inventory

Product availability is not the same as automatically allocating a physical table or seat in Manager. Check actual service capacity separately.

A payment link is not proof of a completed sale

Where Pay is part of the flow, the product order and the financial transaction still have distinct states. The link opening does not confirm payment.

Relevant Rezervem products

Experience defines the offer, Manager manages reservations and tables, and Pay handles eligible payment requests.
