A membership card needs verified meaning
Recognising a guest from a reservation is not proof that a particular membership tier or privilege applies. A useful card links a verified guest to an entitlement that staff can check.
Socielty is being developed for a brand-owned experience that includes member identity, web/QR enrollment, Wallet and mobile apps. These are intended capabilities rather than a claim that every channel is already live.
What belongs on the first member screen?
A guest usually wants to understand their status, upcoming visit and actual benefits. An illustrative interface can show tier progress, but that display requires verified rules and supporting data.
The member examples on the Socielty product page are design scenarios, not actual customer data or evidence of production-level tier tracking.
Membership is not a second reservation system
Showing an upcoming restaurant visit beside a membership card can be helpful. The card itself does not confirm a reservation: the booking system must supply its date, party size and valid status.
Rezervem Manager is the intended restaurant source. Accommodation and spa require their own integrations. Socielty should not be presented as a replacement booking engine.
Exclusive experiences still need operational rules
An invitation to a tasting or spa event requires available places, validity, prices, cancellation policy and a responsible payment flow. A digital card cannot resolve those obligations.
Rezervem Experience handles experience products; Gift manages individual entitlements; Pay handles payment requests. Connections to a Socielty membership are planned rather than automatically available.
Membership need not start with an app download
Requiring an app can discourage guests who simply want to participate. Web, QR and invitation links can provide entry, while a phone Wallet pass may display identity rather than representing a payment balance.
Socielty's intended app-free model includes Wallet and optional branded iOS/Android apps. Technical requirements and store publication must be completed and confirmed before they can be sold as live features.
Decide Open or Private admission first
Open admission allows eligible applicants; Private membership requires invitation or venue approval. This is separate from membership tiers and need not prevent ordinary public reservations.
Socielty is designed around both models. Start with eligibility, benefit definitions and lawful communication preferences. Explore Socielty or request a meeting.
Socielty is in development. This article describes the membership design and intended capabilities, not a generally available production release.
