The practical answer
A restaurant joins Rezervem Guest Network using an authorised management account to review the programme agreement, saved payment method and participating locations. The team then verifies service availability, commercial partner terms and first booking outcomes in Rezervem Manager.
A restaurant may have spare tables on Tuesday at lunch but be full throughout the weekend. The practical first step is to decide which services could welcome referred guests without lowering the existing hospitality standard.
Identify the account and participating restaurants
The venue owner or an authorised colleague first checks which restaurant locations will join. A group with several branches may operate different service schedules or guest policies, so one decision should not silently apply to all locations.
The restaurant-facing Guest Network management area provides an enrolment process that includes an agreement, registered payment method and restaurant selection. This is different from the application form used by outside partners.
Check the service before inviting referrals
Review date and meal availability, party sizes, regular reservation rules and any cancellation or prepayment conditions in Rezervem Manager. Document which team member handles changes.
A restaurant-level partner block can restrict a specific relationship, but it does not set an automatic special quota for each partner and each time slot. Regular service capacity remains a separate control.
Agree costs and commission timing
Guest Network supports per-seated-person, fixed-per-booking and percentage-of-eligible-bill commission models. A rule can have restaurant, date, weekday and priority conditions, subject to the signed commercial terms.
Calculated commission, payment collection from the restaurant and partner payout have different records. A saved card is not proof of a successful commission collection.
Review the first referral end to end
Test an eligible availability request and a fully booked service, then review the actual booking confirmation and check-in process. Ask the implementation team to confirm which permissions and programme settings are enabled on the intended account.
When a guest is welcomed, review the source, seated count and applicable commission ledger. A small controlled start gives the team a better basis for deciding whether the programme fits.
