The practical answer
Rezervem Guest Network connects restaurants with booking referrals from hotels, concierges, corporate programmes, creators and publishers. Restaurants manage resulting reservations in Rezervem Manager, while authorised applications can use Partner API for supported availability and booking steps.
Imagine a hotel concierge recommending a local restaurant to a visiting couple. Their interest is a referral, not a confirmed table. The restaurant still needs a suitable service slot and a completed reservation before the host team can welcome them.
Why a referral needs a booking process
A hotel recommendation or dining article may send guests towards a restaurant, but the restaurant may have no table for the requested party size. Without a clear process, the original partner may never learn the request's outcome.
Record who initiated the referral, the result of the booking request and whether the guests were actually seated. These are separate outcomes with different commercial meanings.
How access and bookings work
A business relationship and partner permissions establish which venue and operations the partner can use. Supported technical partners may retrieve permitted venues, check availability, create a temporary hold, confirm and, where payment is required, complete an additional checkout step.
Partner eligibility and venue access depend on the live setup. Some venue enrolment enforcement rules remain in transition; joining the programme by itself is not a universal access guarantee.
What the restaurant decides
Restaurant teams set ordinary service capacity, available days, accepted party sizes and cancellation or payment conditions in their booking operations. Guest Network also supports restaurant-level partner blocking and configured commercial commission rules.
Blocking an individual partner is not the same as closing the restaurant's reservations for everyone. Any promise of a priority table needs a separate explicit agreement and an actually available service.
How Rezervem fits together
Guest Network supports the referral relationship; Manager is where the restaurant operates the reservation; Partner API provides scoped technical booking access to authorised integrations.
Review confirmed bookings, seated guests, calculated commission, collection and eventual partner payout independently. Those records answer different performance questions.
Five checks before you launch
Apply these steps to a real venue and partner before promising guests a booking.
- Define the partner category and agreed commercial scope.
- Check the restaurant's available service and party size.
- Verify partner authorisation and any restaurant-level block.
- Distinguish the hold, confirmed booking and actual arrival.
- Review the commission ledger, collection and payout separately.
