The best gift is not necessarily the most expensive one; it is one the person can reasonably use.
1. Browse available gift options
In the Rezervem app, explore the menus, experience gifts or eligible gift-balance options offered at that time.
Read the description as well as the price. A dinner for two and an individual experience are not interchangeable.
2. Check where and when it can be used
Review the participating venues, expiry date and whether a separate booking is required.
Partial redemption, transfer, cancellation and refund terms depend on the selected offer.
3. Enter recipient details carefully
A purchase flow may ask for the recipient's name or contact and delivery details. Review the order summary before paying.
Payment for a gift does not necessarily reserve a table. Tell the recipient if a booking is still required.
4. Keep the redemption instructions
Check the terms and any reservation requirements again before the planned visit.
A purchased consumer gift is a different process from a venue-granted benefit managed through the business Gift product.
