Quick answer
Set up a Google Maps restaurant booking link by matching the correct Google Business Profile to the Rezervem restaurant record, checking the destination booking page and testing availability in Manager. Rezervem Manager controls the restaurant booking and capacity workflow. Google Business Link redirects the guest to a booking page; Google Reservations End-to-End is a separate model that completes the booking inside Google. They should not be described as one activated feature.
A moment during service
Two branches share a similar name on Google Maps. A guest selects the wrong listing and arrives at an incorrect reservation page, or sees times that do not fit the restaurant’s service. The first priority is therefore accurate restaurant-to-profile mapping, not the appearance of a booking button. A good setup gives guests the correct location and a reliable path to available tables.
1. Verify the exact business profile
Check the restaurant name, street location, map pin and branch identity in Google Maps. Identify the matching restaurant record in Rezervem. Keep the booking link for each location separate and give the setup team the correct Google Business Profile details. Similar names should not lead guests to another dining room.
2. Review Manager online availability
Check open days, lunch and dinner hours, online party limits and any exceptional closures. Make test requests for both available and unavailable slots before examining the external link. This isolates reservation-setting problems from map listing or provider-mapping issues.
3. Distinguish Business Link from End-to-End
Business Link sends the user to a restaurant booking page. End-to-End lets a guest select availability and complete a reservation within Google. The latter requires Google’s approval and matching your restaurant with Google’s listing before it can be used. Describe which model is actually enabled for the restaurant.
4. Test the guest journey from Maps
Open the correct listing and follow its booking action. Confirm that it reaches the intended venue and displays consistent dates, times and party sizes. Complete a test booking through the enabled route and check that it appears in Manager. Only expect an in-Google booking flow when the separate End-to-End activation is genuinely complete.
5. Collect evidence when the button or times are wrong
Record the Google listing URL, attempted service date, meal, time, party size and relevant screenshots. Compare the booking destination with the Manager configuration and investigate whether the fault is in the profile mapping or reservation availability. Avoid assuming that every issue needs a new integration.
How we do it
With Rezervem Manager, we confirm the restaurant’s booking availability and verify the Google Business Link destination against the correct business profile. End-to-End depends on Google’s approval and on matching your restaurant with Google’s listing. We do not promise in-Google booking until that approval is complete. MICHELIN content and editorial selection are unrelated to this setup guide.
Important limitations
- Google Business Link and Reservations End-to-End are distinct. End-to-End requires Google’s approval and restaurant matching.
- A booking link setup does not guarantee every channel is activated or that the restaurant has a MICHELIN distinction.
Frequently asked questions

- Is an in-Google booking the same feature? — No. That requires the separate End-to-End model and production onboarding.
