Being discovered and being bookable are different
A guest may find a restaurant in MICHELIN Guide because of its culinary recognition or editorial listing. A reservation option is a separate service: it must be available for the particular venue and correctly connected to its booking operations.
Rezervem Manager handles the restaurant's supported service dates, meal periods, party-size limits and reservations. Eligibility for a booking option within MICHELIN Guide depends on the enabled connection and the venue profile.
1. Check the correct restaurant listing
- Identify the exact restaurant profile and location.
- Confirm whether a reservation action is offered for that profile.
- Check that the venue is eligible for the supported booking connection.
- Verify the destination or connected booking flow.
2. Prepare reservation availability
Review weekly opening days, meal periods, times and capacity before enabling the connection. Fine dining may require different rules for group size, special menus or particular services; a profile listing alone does not convey those constraints.
Where deposits, pre-authorizations or paid experiences are needed, determine how Rezervem Pay or Experience should support the restaurant's booking policy. These services are optional and not inherent requirements of a MICHELIN listing.
3. Validate the entire guest journey
Explore Rezervem Manager for online booking rules and Integrations for connection availability.
- Test the reservation action from the eligible guide profile.
- Create a sample reservation for an available day and party size.
- Verify the correct reservation appears in Rezervem Manager.
- Check cancellation and change rules.
- Review what the guest sees when no availability is offered.
